Mobile Measurement Workstation
Mobile 3D measuring station is used for sampling parts in the production process of automotive components, using 3D laser sensor, through the graphics processing algorithms for parts features of three-dimensional identification and coordinate solving, and automatically record and save the data; thus replacing the manual measurement of the traditional gage to improve the measurement efficiency and accuracy, and facilitate the analysis of dimensional quality.
Testing process:
After the part is mounted on the measurement stand, a measurement request is triggered;
If there is already a measurement program, the program is automatically started after the MMS is in place;
If there is no measurement program, manually drag or plan to complete the measurement track;
After starting the measurement, the first step is to complete the measurement and positioning of the bracket datum;
After the measurement is completed, analyze and calculate the final data under the bracket coordinate system and upload the results automatically.
